Recycling Process
Water bottles are
collected and
separated from their
caps and labels.
We aim to care for​
the Earth and take
steps to preserve it
for the next generation.
The bottles are
shredded into
small flakes
then sanitized.
The flakes are
then melted and
extruded into a
coarse fiber material.
That fiber is
further refined to
be soft and fluffy
for our pillows.
Sustainability
We understand the importance of sustainability and minimizing our environmental impact. That's why we are dedicated to incorporating recycled materials into our manufacturing process.
All of our pillow filling is made from 100% recycled plastic, sourced from water bottles. The process provides a clean, high quality, luxuriously soft fiber material.
Recycled polyester gives a second life to a material that’s not biodegradable and would otherwise end up in landfill or the ocean. It is just as high quality as virgin polyfill used in many other pillows and products, but uses fewer resources. Additionally, our fiber-fill is not bleached or dyed which reduces water, chemical and energy use in the manufacturing process.
